SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in General Management (PGPGM) is a two-year weekend executive management programme designed for working professionals with 4+ years of experience who wish to pursue an Executive MBA without taking a career break. Upon successful completion, participants are awarded the AICTE-approved PGDM – Executive Management Programme diploma.
The programme follows a flexible on-campus format with sessions on alternate weekends, allowing professionals to balance their learning with full-time work. Participants can attend sessions at Mumbai or Delhi campuses, with the same distinguished SPJIMR faculty delivering the curriculum across both locations.
PGPGM uses a unique application-oriented pedagogy, where classroom discussions, case studies, and assignments are closely connected to the participants’ real work environments. The diverse cohort of experienced professionals from multiple industries further enriches learning through collaborative discussions and shared perspectives.
Designed specifically for mid to senior management executives, the programme provides the essential managerial knowledge and leadership skills required to advance in an executive career. The programme architecture follows the TLAP model – Teaching, Learning, Application, and Project, and is structured into four phases, ensuring that participants can immediately apply classroom insights to their professional roles while working on industry-relevant projects.
