SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP) is a 21-month modular management programme designed for middle and senior management executives aspiring to transition into strategic leadership roles. The programme enables high-potential professionals with more than five years of work experience to pursue formal management education while continuing their careers without taking a break.
PGEMP focuses on developing managerial competencies, leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking required in today’s dynamic business environment. The curriculum is structured to help participants apply management concepts directly to their professional roles, strengthening their ability to drive organisational growth and innovation.
The programme is accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA), UK, reflecting the highest standards in postgraduate business education globally. Admission Process
• Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks at graduation.
* Diploma holders with ten years of experience may also apply
Work experience: Minimum work experience of five years after graduation.

• Process
Applications must be submitted online through the admissions portal with a non-refundable fee of ₹1200. Applicants must upload a Sponsorship Letter and NOC from the current employer (mandatory even if self-funded), employment proof (relieving/offer/promotion letters), and educational documents (mark sheets and certificates).
Shortlisted applicants are informed by email about the selection process, which takes about half a day and includes a Test of Reasoning, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. Candidates with a valid Executive Assessment (EA) score from GMAC may skip the Test of Reasoning by submitting their score during application.
